These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the PhilCST Navigation and Directory System. By using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and applicable institutional policies.

The system is provided to support wayfinding and directory access within the Philippine College of Science and Technology (PhilCST), including offices, academic facilities, service points, and related campus information.

3. Acceptable Use

Users must utilize the platform in a lawful, respectful, and school-appropriate manner. You agree not to interfere with platform functionality, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, or use the system for harmful or disruptive activity.

4. Content Accuracy and Availability

PhilCST takes reasonable measures to keep information current and accurate. However, room assignments, office schedules, and service availability may change, and temporary inaccuracies or service interruptions may occur.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, all platform content, including logos, text, interface elements, and graphics, is the property of PhilCST or authorized rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Links

The platform may include links to third-party websites for user convenience. PhilCST does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of external sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PhilCST shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from system downtime, data delays, navigation errors, or reliance on information that may have changed after publication.

8. Changes to These Terms

PhilCST reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
